Blankets intended for the couch come in a variety of styles, but your best, most luxurious option is a cashmere blanket. Pick a bright, bold color that would complement your throw pillows.

You can find a variety of contemporary area rugs that have smooth round circles or geometric shapes. Short pile or long pile, an area rug adds the finishing touch to any living room.
